Extra virgin olive oil that comes from groves situated
high in the hills of Tuscany composed of a blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo
and Leccino olive trees.
The olives are hand-picked, following traditional Tuscan methods,
anticipating the time of picking in order to exalt the fragrances,
perfumes and sharp fruity taste of fresh herbs, fine olives and artichokes,
and to avoid the risks of frost or excessively mature fruit. The pressing
of the olives is done with a continuous cold cycle within a day of
picking. Conservation is in a cool and dark place at constant temperature.
The decantation occurs by natural means without mechanical filtration.
The product is subject to sedimentation. Store in a cool (55/70 F)
and dark place. Once the bottle is open please use within two months.
