How to make a purchase
To make a purchase from the Enoteca San Domenico it is necessary to be a holder of a VISA or Mastercard cards and follow the instructions below.
To purchase a product just place it in your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to shopping cart". It is possible to check the contents of your shopping cart or change your selection by clicking on "Check shopping cart contents"; by clicking on "Update" the total price of your order will automatically appear.
At the end of your order click "Go to cashier", insert the data requested and click on "Continue", then control the price of the merchandise ordered, the shipping costs, and the insurance and click on "Proceed with payment", then follow the instructions on the Bank page by inserting your credit card data and proceed with "Send data".
Your credit card will be pre-authorized by our partner bank and the amount will be charged only after sending the merchandise.

The identity of the website enotecasandomenico.it is certified by the international certification agency, Verisign.
Enotecasandomenico.it protects all data by means of SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL protocol uses modern cryptography techniques to avoid the interception of transmitted data. It is possible to control directly on your computer while working in the security mode: the closed padlock or key symbol which appears on the lower part of the browser window signifies that the SSL protocol is activated. Your credit card data may not be fraudulently used and it will not be disclosed even to us.
The bank will only communicate the successful completion of the transaction to enotecasandomenico.it, in particular the simple authorization to charge the amount of the purchase to the client's credit card.

INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Enotecasandomenico.it strictly follows the procedure requested by the Directive 95/46/UE as outlined by the law 31.12.1996, n. 675 concerning the treatment of personal data.
The data is treated by means of paper, electronic or otherwise automated instruments, in order to memorize, manage, transmit and preserve them in controlled access environments.
The client may at any time access this data to update, correct or integrate it and in general exercise the rights foreseen by article 13 of Law 675/1996 contacting us by electronic or ordinary mail. The object for this type of data treatment is the personal data necessary for the purchase and payment of merchandise. Personal data is otherwise communicated exclusively for pursuing evaders, to suppliers of merchandise and to those responsible for the delivery of the merchandise.
The data will also be utilized for internal marketing (communication of promotional messages); the client may at any moment request not to receive promotional messages by sending an e-mail to info@enotecasandomenico.it.

The treatment of personal data requested by "Enotecasandomenico.it" is indispensable for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
The transmission of this data is therefore obligatory, without which the order may not be carried out. The transmission of optional data allows the client to obtain more favourable purchasing conditions.
With registration, the personal data necessary for more favourable purchasing conditions described above become object of data treatment and for the mailing of the free newsletter.
The transmission of this data is obligatory to attain the benefits foreseen by the single programmes; without this data the benefits may not be granted; the client may however, at any time, oppose this treatment by sending an e-mail to info@enotecasandomenico.it.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer may return the goods within 10 days from placing the order and/or 8 days from delivery, informing the Enoteca San Domenico by registered letter, fax or e-mail. The customer must return the goods to the supplier at his own expenses.
In case of production fault, the goods will be exchanged or the full amount of purchase refunded, even after the above mentioned terms, but not later than 30 days from receiving the defective goods and by previously informing the supplier. In that case the shipping costs are at our expenses.
The goods have to be returned in their original packaging in order to guarantee the undamaged return.
